Joe Heider, president of Cirrus Wealth Management, returns to CNBC “Closing Bell” to discuss the liquidity of bonds and ETFs when the Fed raises interest rates. “Each time the Fed moves, the market reacts. We had this discussion two years ago with tapering and that the markets were going to have major issues. We saw that the markets saw some volatility but quickly returned and went their merry way on up,” Heider says.
